Truffle Hunt
Overview
You will delve deep into the beautiful Tuscan forests to find the famed black summer truffles (700€/lb). With Matteo, a 3rd generation Truffle hunter, an interpret and his dogs, you’ll walk deep into the beautiful forests of Tuscany in the search of these incredibly prized nuggets.
Matteo will explain you about the process and the intricacies of this activity. You get to keep one or two small truffles and receive two kosher organic truffle produce (Truffle oil and Black truffle paste).
Location
The hunt starts out at Matteo’s farm in the village of Ghizzano: Tartufi di Teo on Google maps.
It is located around 30 min from our restaurant.
