Our goal is to allow anybody to eat in our restaurant independently of his level of Kashrut or his exigencies. We work with Rav Didi, chief rabbi of Livorno in order to satisfy all opinions and possible requirements.

We make our cheese ourselves making sure to be there from the beginning of the milking process in order for all our food to be Halav Israel.

Furthermore, Lara makes all bread and cakes herself to offer only Pat Israel bread to our guests.
